Rutten- berg in behalf of the Saint Paul Steel Supply, who are desir- ous of erecting a seven foot high cyclone fence with three rows of barb wire on the top, at 312 Walnut Street. This property is zoned Light Industry and the owners desire this fence to provide protection for their materials which will be stored here. My client, St. Paul Steel Supply is desirous of erecting a 7 foot fence with three rows of barbed wire. I am enclosing a catalogue issued by the Anchor Company and on pages 12 and 17 the type of desired fences is shown and on page 22 the desired gate is shown. ' Both the Contractor and the Architect'claim that completion of the PL bUding is being held up until a permit is "obtained for the erection of foot fence with three rows of barbed wire. I am enclosing a verifax copy of the letter of May 15, 1963, sent to you by St. Paul Steel Supply relative'to obtaining a permit from you for the erection of a 7 foot fence with three rows of barbed wire.
