In re: New Building - 312 Walnut Street
St. Paul Steel Supply
I have previously conferred with you on various matters involving the
above structure. My client, St. Paul Steel Supply is desirous of erecting
a 7 foot fence with three rows of barbed wire.
I am enclosing a catalogue issued by the Anchor Company and on pages
12 and 17 the type of desired fences is shown and on page 22 the desired gate
is shown. '
Both the Contractor and the Architect'claim that completion of the
PL bUding is being held up until a permit is "obtained for the erection of
foot fence with three rows of barbed wire.
I am enclosing a verifax copy of the letter of May 15, 1963, sent to
you by St. Paul Steel Supply relative'to obtaining a permit from you for
the erection of a 7 foot fence with three rows of barbed wire.
I''ll deeply appreciate immediate action so that we can proceed with the
completion of the building.
Sincerely yours,
ro d AE.Rutte berg
