sota, and said extra to- cover furnishing and installation of
hold button cover plates for $130'.00 and furnishing and in-
stallation of transom closure plates for $195.00, this work
having been requested bythe Commissioner of Public Safety

Contract No. G -3026 was awarded to the Otis Elevator Company
for Replacement of two Elevators at the'Public Safety Building, .
101 East'Tenth Street,- Saint Paul,. Minnesota.
:During the course of the work under this contract, it was
found advis,abl''e to have an enclosure plate installed i the
elevator transoms o n n the first floor and to have stainless
steel hold butiton cover plates installed on all floors. We
have negotiated With the Contractor, who agrees to
a:.
Furnish and install hall button cover plates for $130.00
Furnish.arid install transom closure plates 195.00
$325.00
We believe this is a fair and reasonable amount for the labor
and material involved. It is therefore requested that a reso-
lution be submitted to the Council authorizing this extra in
the amount of $325.00 to ContractoG 3026 for the above describ-
ed work. ;
