RESOLVED' FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in accordance therewith. 6 1963

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paulo
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
;
liminary order Of the Council known as Council File No. 213206
approved June 7th., 19 63 relative to reconstructing the side-
walk . on the north side of Ma nolia St. from Arkwright St. to De Soto St,
and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete
said iMDrupvement,
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby
reports;
1. The estimated cost thereof is $13.25 per lin. ft. for a std. side -
5 ft. wide and $3.80 per lin. ft. for a standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attac -e
