A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice,, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that the precise nature, extent and kind of im-
provement to be made by the said City is
to reconstruct, the aidtvOA on the north aide of W. Rdbit St.. from Bidwell. St. to
Bellows 'St'L and by doing 11 q .bar work. %&.ch ii and incidental to

and the Council hereby orders said improvement to be made.
RESOLVED FURTHER; That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby instructed and
directed to prepare plans and specifications for said improvement, and submit same to the Council for
approval; that upon said approval, the proper city officials are hereby authorized and directed to pro-
ceed with the .making of said improvement in accordance therewith.

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council known as Council File No, 213089
approved May 31st. 19 63 relative to reconstructing the side-
walk on the north side of W. Robie St, from Bidwell St, to Bellows St. and
by doing all other work which is necessary and .incidental to complete said
imnroveme_nt.
and having investigated the matter; and things referred to therein, hereby
reports;
1. The estimated cost thereof is $,3_25 per lin. ft. for a std. side-
in. ft. for a standard sidewalk 6 ft
2. A plan, profile-,or sketch of said improvement is hereto attach
