RESOLVE , That the Public Works Department of the City of
Saint Paul, ;upon the request of residents living .adjacent to an
-alley, may install speed limit signs. :Said residents to pay in
advance the��sum of Twelve Dollars (012.00) to defray the cost of
the material :and installation of said signs. The fees thus paid
`ard to be returned to the Traffic Engineering budget.
