WHEREAS, the City Architect has requested the City
Council to hold a public hearing to consider any complaints about
the expense incurred by the City of Saint Paul in removing a
dangerous structure at 243 East Curtice Street, more particularly
described as Lot 21, Lawton & Meyer's Rearrangement of Block 25, of
Woodbury & Case's Addition to Saint Paul, Minnesota; and
_,WHEREAS, it appears that the last known record owners of
the property -are Martha E. and Ralph Soles, 1575 Timberlake Road,
Apartment d, Saint Paul 17, Minnesota, and copies of the proceedings
were mailed to other interested parties, namely, Ramsey County Welfare
Board, 476 St. Peter Street, Saint Paul 2, and Henry and Mary A. Burbank,
243 East Curtice Street, Saint Paul 7; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint Paul
hold a public hearing in the Council Chamber at 10 o'clock a. m. on
the 23d day of July, 1963, to consider any complaints about the expense
incurred by the City of Saint Paul and to confirm the amount thereof; be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Architect notify by mail the
record owners of the proper* in question, as well as other interested
parties of record, at their last known addresses.
