COUNCIL RESOLUTION — GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSIONE DATE
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul Civic Opera Associa-
tion be granted the use of the Arena Section of the Audi-
torium for the 1963 Pop Musical Ice'Revues commencing
July 12, 1963, and ending August 24, 1963, with either
three concerts or two concerts per week, upon the follow-
ing terms:
From the.gross receipts of tickets sales (exclusive
of tax) on the basis of three concerts per week the
SUM of $2425.50 shall-be paid to the Saint Paul
Musicians Association, and on the basis of two con-
certs per week the sum of $1524.60 shall be paid
the Saint Paul Musicians Association; the balance
of the -gross receipts from ticket sales (exclusive
of tax) to be divided 50 per cent to be credited
to Auditorium Fund 1021 and the other 50 per cent
to the Saint Paul Civic Opera Association and the
Saint Paul Figure Skating Club Jointly.
