Gentlemen:
Inspections have been made over a period of two years of the
one story frame, single family dwelling on Lot 20, Block 18,
Mackubin 8 Marshall's Addition to Saint Paul,, known as
423 Carroll Avenue, Saint Paul 3, Minnesota.
This dwellinglis 50 by 22 by 12, and has been vacant for sev-
eral years. It is partially boarded up. It has been posted
by the Health Bureau as unfit for human habitation. It is gen-
erally run down and past reasonable repair. It should be
wrecked and removed.
The last known record owners are Ernest C. and Thelma Collins,
423 Carroll Avenue, Saint Paul 3.
Please set a public hearing date in accordance with Section 1.07=
2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, which section outlines
condemnation proceedings.
