City of Saint Paul Gentlemen: C The building at 447 Carroll Avenue, Saint Paul 3, described as Except N. 42.84 feet,c;- Lot 29, Block 17, Mackubin & Marshall's Addition to Saint Paul has been inspected. This is a one and one -half story frame dwelling., approximately 50 by 30 by 24 feet. The premises are littered with trash, the rear porch is falling apart, windows are broken, the interior is badly damaged. It has been posted by the Bureau of Health as unfit for human habitation. It should be wrecked and remov- ed. Danger Notices have been. posted. The last known record owners are Harry and Lenora E. Harris, 447 Carroll Avenue, Saint Paul 3. The contract purchaser is Daisy Lucas Gilmore, 736 Fuller Avenue, Saint Paul 4. We are recommending that a public hearing be set in accordance with Section 1.07 -2 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
