having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the Commissioner of Public Works and is hereby inst eted and

approval; that upon said approval, t e r city officials are hereby autho ' ed and directed to pro-
ceed with the making of said improvement in ccordance therewith.

REPORT TO COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of Saint Paul:
The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council, known as Council File No. 212 410
approved Apr. 25th. �9 63 relative to constructing new sidewalk
on the west side of Jordan St. from Case St. to Stillwater Ave. and by
doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said
improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $ 3.25 per lin. ft, for a s. td.' sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $3.80 per lin. ft. for a standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made
a part hereof. U)
