WHEREAS, The Mayor recommended, and the Saint Paul City Council approved
Council Resolution 07-104 which approved the Residential Street Paving
projects to be constructed in 2007 and tentatively approved projects for
the years 2008 through 2011; and
WHEREAS, The tentatively approved projects for subsequent years must be
reviewed by the CIB Committee and the Mayor, and be approved by the City
Council and the Mayor prior to each construction year; and
WHEREAS, The Department of Public Works has been directed, on a yearly
basis, to bring forward a revised list of Residential Street Paving
projects, moving up another year of projects for final approval and adding
another year of tentative projects; and
WxEREAS, The Mayor Proposed $11.492 million of Street Improvement Bonds to
fund the Residential Street Vitality Program in 2008; and tentatively
recommends $11.492 million of Street Improvemnt Bonds in 2009; and
$11.492 million of Street Improvement Bonds in 2010; and $11.492 million
of Street Improvement Bonds in 2011; and $11.492 million of Street
Improvement Bonds in 2012; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, The City Council accepts the following list of projects, giving
final approval for those listed for 2008 and tentative approval for the
projects listed for years 2009 through 2012;

This resolution is a follow-up on Resolufion 07-104 wluch approved the 2007-2011 RSVP projects. The 2008-2012 project
schedule is based on $I 1.492 million of sheet improvement bonds in yeazs 2008-2012.
