Resolution Ratifying Assessment In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for improving East Seventh Street from Johnson Parkway to White Bear Avenue by regrading and paving with new concrete base and asphaltic concrete surfacing; by grading and paving street, alley and driveway returns; by constructing new concrete curb where necessary; by reconstructing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on intersecting streets where not in conformity with said improvement; by reconstructing storm water facilities; by con- structing sewer, water and gas service connections from street mains to property lines where necessary; by constructing conduits and appurtenances for future lighting and traffic control systems and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental tq complete said improvement under Preliminary Order ..... _19aW ..... tAer�nediary Order ..... 94.7$9.......... A public hearing having been had upon the assessment for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council, and having been considered finally satisfactory, be it therefore RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects ratified, and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court of the County of Ramsey for confirmation.
