RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of
Saint Paul hereby approves the application of the Port
Authority of the City of Saint Paul for the abatement.-of
1962 taxes on Lot 10, except the S.W. 20 feet there "of and
Lot 1 and except the Southerly 25 feet of Lot 2,:Block,8,
Bazil and Roberts Addition which parcels were acquired
by said Authority as a site for an industrial park which
should have been exempt from said taxes,as shown in Ramsey
County Auditor's file No. 78092.
