RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the repainting of the
playing lines on Tennis Courts at Various Playgrounds, Saint Paul, Minnesota
to GOPHER STRIPING COMPANY., INC. in accordance with City specifications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid 9362 of said Gopher Striping Company, Inc.
for the contract price of +50.00, such bid being the only bid and said Gopher
Striping Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the Corporation
Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor,
and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on
behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
