to install one pole southwest of com-
fort station on east side of the upper
roar{ off North Lexington; one pole
on Stewart east of Snelling; place one,
pole on Youngman west of Alton Street;
one and pole on Grand south of Goodrich;
poles on Sherburne east of
Rice Street, with necessary guys, an-
chors and wires. Poles and wires to be
removed when requested to do so by
the Common Council and cost of said
removal to be borne py Northern
States Power Company.
