WHEREAS, the Mutual Service Casualty Insurance
Company and the Allstate Insurance Company had agreed as
between themselves to pay Registered Bill No. 2 -4265, in the
amount of $72.19; and
WHEREAS, the
full amount of $72.19 J

so endorsed, be forwarded to Allstate Insurance Company as
reimbursement to them of half the amount of said Registered Bill,
previously paid by them in full. _
