Hon. City Council
City of Saint Paul
Gentlemen:
Returned herewith is a letter addressed by Mr. Kunz of 1017
Stinson Street to the City Council, requesting permission to
erect a six foot fence, fifty feet long, across the rear of
his lot, at the alley for privacy. This fence would be at-
tached to the present cyclone fence.
Our inspector has made an investigation of the premises and
reports that the lot is about ten feet below the grade of the
alley and that this redwood fence should not be objectionable.
Therefore., it is recommended that the Countil grant this re-
quest.
