WHEREAS, in connection with the construction of the St. Anthony
Park Storm Water Relief Storm Sewer, certain Engineering Services are to
be performed involving preparation of a preliminary Engineering report and
the furnishing of working plans and specifications report by Toltz, King,
Duvall, Anderson and Assoc. Inc., now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the cost of this Engineering Service based on 3%
of the estimated contract price of $1,761,000.00, in the amount of

$52,830.00 and actual cost, as submitted for Preliminary Engineering in the
amount of $24,173.53, or a total estimated cost of 677,000.00 be charged to
the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund., Code 3001, this same fund to be re-
imbursed from Sewer Bond Fund. 210 SE -22.
