Dear Sir:
Contract No. G -3118 was awarded to M. P. Mortensen $ Son, Inc.
for Painting of Seats and Railings at the Municipal Stadium,
Saint Paul.
During the course of the work under this contract it'was found
desirable to paint all wood sections of the seats one coat ex-
terior trim and trellis paint to match the existing color
scheme, and at the request of the Commissioner of Libraries,
Auditorium, and Civic Buildings negotiations have been conducted
with the contractor who agrees to do this work for the amount of
$675.00, which is a reasonable amount for the labor and material
involved.
It is, therefore, requested that a resolution be submitted to
the Council authorizing this extra in the amount of $675.00.
