Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and- Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits2 cost and expenses

constructing a sewer in Winona Street from Oakdale Avenue to 15 ft. westerly of the
east line of Lot 4, Block 23 Belvidere Park Subdivision of Lot 3, Bidwell's Addition
to West St. Paul
under Preliminary Order 184370 , approved August 30, 1957
Intermediary Order 186785 , approved April 1, 1958 ,
Final Order 187606 , approved May 270 1958
The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore,-be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 31 st
day of— 11Y., 1963 y at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
