purpose of constructing and maintaining a public storm sewer on, under, across
and through Lots 2 through 5, and hots 30 and 31, Block 4, and Lots 9 through 12, and
Lot 20, Block 5, Hazel Park, the•center line of said permanent easement being described
as follows: Beginning at a point 40.0 feet west of the west line of Flandrau Street
and 90.11 feet north of the north line of Case Avenue; thence northwesterly a distance
of 491.15 feet on a line making an angle of 34012` with the west line of Flandrau
Street to the -point of ending.

The Commissioner of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of
damages awarded for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above •improvement
and to whom payable; and also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making
of said improvement, therefore be it
Resolved, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
Resolved further, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirma-
tion ,of the awards of damages made by the Commissioner of Finance, and also upon the said assessment of
benefits; at the Council Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the--- __--- _3is -t ...............day
