WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the
Improvelmnt described as the construction of a Sewer in
JESSAIAINE AVENUE from Avon Street to Grotto Street, Comp-
troller's Contract L -6550, McDonald -Luben and Associates,
contractor, have been provided for in the specifications,
and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following
Additions:
ADDITIONS: For additional street re starat ion over the
widened sewer trench necessitated when the
watermain was- encountered between Manholes
No. 2 and 3, east of Como Ave.:
10.0 sq. yds, of FIE -AE Concrete Base L "5.50 $ 55.00
4.0 tons of Bituminous Mix . '� 8.00 32.00
Total Addition 87.00
and,
WHEREAS, the total Addition is $ 87.00, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City of St. Paul through itt•s City Council
approves the foregoing Addition made in accordance with the
specifications in the sum of 8 87.00, said amount to be added
to the lump sum consideration named in the contract, known as
Comptroller's Contract L -6550, and which amount is to be
financed from the City's Share of Local Improvement Fund,
31E -1 (1963).
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the
above named contractor that the sum of $ 87..00 is the correct
amount to be added to the above contract.
