RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works
is hereby authorized and directed to issue a permit to the
Saint Paul Open Golf Cbmmittee of the Saint Paul Junior
Chamber of Commerce, '.--to conduct a parade for the purpose
of publicizing the Stint Paul Open Golf Tournament said
parade to be Tuesday, July 30, 1963 at 1:30 P.M., the same
to assemble at 12th and Robert Streets at 1:00 P.M.; route:
Robert, South to Fourth; Fourth West to Market; Market North
to Fifth; Fifth (south side of street); East to Sibley,
to disperse at Smith Park, Sibley and Fifth at approximately
2:30 P.M., the same to consist of approximately 10 units;
10 motorized and 3 marching bands.

This is a tentative arrangement. It has been approved
by the Police Parade Committee and the City Engineer's
office, but subject to any revisions they might want to
make.
