A public hearing having been had upon the above improvement upon due notice, and the Council
having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative thereto, and having fully considered
the same; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of St. Paul that he - reeise nature, extent and kind of im —
provement to be made by the said City is. to reconstruct t sidewalk on the south side of
s Ave. from Jessie St. to the east 122 ft. and on the side of Jess St. from

The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council known as Council File No. 212802
approved May 16th, lq 63 relative to reconstructing the side-
walk on the south side of Jenks Ave. from Jessie St, to the east 122 ft.
and on the east side of Jessie St. from Jenks Ave, to the south approxi-
mately 160 ft, abutting property known as 55,6 Jenks Ave, and by doing all
other work which is ne essary and incidental to complete said improvement.
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby
reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $,3.25 per lin. ft, for a std, sidewalk
5 ft. wide and $3.80 per lin. ft, for a standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attach IQ
and made a part hereof.
