RESOLVED, By the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
plans and specifications for Golf View Heights No. 4 Sanitary Sewer
Project, Improvement Project No. 168 for the City of White Bear Lake,
authorized by and subject to the provisions, terms and conditions of
the City of Saint Paul Ordinance No. 12387, approved January 18, 1963,
and as amended by Ordinance No. 12428, approved March 26, 1963, for
the connection of the public sewer system of the City of White Bear Lake
with that of City of Saint Paul, prepared by Consulting Engineer of
said City and approved by the City Council of White Bear Lake, and
heretofore submitted to and approved bythe Commissioner of Public Works
and the Chief Engineer, hereby are in all things approved.
