RESOLVED, pursuant to the report and recommendation
of the Commissioner of Public Works, that the proper City
officers are'hereby authorized and directed to accept a deed
of conveyance from Northern Pacific Railway Company to accomplish
the dedication for street purposes of certain Railway Company
properties, as follows, the same being adjacent to Como Avenue
West, to -wit:
Beginning at a,point in the southerly line of
Como Avenue West distant ninety -six (96) feet
west measured at right angles from a_ northerly
extension of the east line o4'Lot -"Two (2) -,
Block Six (6) of St. Anthony Park, Minn. according
to the recorded plat thereof on file and of record
in,the Office of the Register of Deeds of said
Ramsey County; thence south along a line hereinafter
referred to as Line "A" parallel with said east line
of Lot Two (2) and northerly and southerly extensions
thereof, to- a_point in the south line of the vacated
alley in Block Seven (7) of said St. Anthony Park,
Minn.; thence west along a line hereinafter referred
to as Line "B ", which is the said south line of the
vacated alley in Block Seven (7) and a westerl
extension then-of, to a point distant fifty (50� feet
southeasterly measured at right angles from -the
easterly line of Block Thirteen (13) in said -
St. Anthony Park, Minn.; thence northeasterly along
a line parallel with said east line of Block
