WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has acquired, ' Jyl' o
by condemnation, Lot ten (10), Block two (2), Riverside
Addition No. 2 from the Shell Oil Company, fee owner of the
described lot, in connection with the EatdrisM=tasfjSHep #rdt1Aoad;
and ,
WHEREAS, the Valuation Engineer has negotiated ,
with Shell Oil Company as to their retention of a permanent f
easement for ingress and egress on the south portion of said
Lot ten (10), said land not being neededRU the City of
Saint Paul for the Flterisiontbfiftep ¢ rdt, ng, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul,
that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and dLrected
to convey to Shell Oil Company a permanent easement in Lot ten (10),
Block two (2), Riverside Addition No. 2, described as follows:
A permanent easement for-any or all purposes
related to grantee's business, over, under and
across that portion of the premises lying between
the northwesterly edge of the Mississippi River
and a line drawn parallel to and one hundred
seventy -six and sixty -five one - hundredths (176.65)
feet southeasterly from Butternut Street, as measured
alongthe northeasterly line of said premises, together
with all riparian and shore rights belonging or in
anywise pertaining thereto.
