V1 'le Troutbrook S z,ver Extensin6 OFFICE OF THE1c ,; *y of Mary r, ,3 :•1lis�issi'r COUN RESOLUTION` ,.e ; 1i,o, sb , ; - , DATE _ Jan. 1963 _ WHEREAS, In the matter of Comptroller's Contract'L -6385 for Sewer Repair on the Troutbrook Sewer Extension, vicinity "of Maryland and Mississippi on Interstate Highway 35E , R /W, Lametti and Sons, Inc., Contractors, the specified date of completion is October 10, 1961 WHEREAS, the Contractor has prosecuted the work diligently but due to the delay in delivery of steel piling, it was not possible to complete the contract by said date of completion, therefore be it, RESOLVED, That the proper City Officials be and they are here- by authorized and directed to execute an amendment to said contract extending the time of completion to-January 1, 1962, provided however, that this resolution shall have no force or effect unless the sureties on the Contractor's bond consent thereto and file such consent in writing with the City Comp- troller, and be it, FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul hereby waives all claim for liquidated damages and t hat'no engineering and in- spection costs on this project will be charged to the Con- tractor for such extended period.
