WHEREAS, the Division of Pazks and Recreation administers the applicants and grants
program established by Ordinance 409.235; and
WHERAS, the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board was formed to impiement the
adrrrinistration of the ordinance for the Division; and
WHEREAS, the Youth Programs Fund Advisory Board met on December 21, 1995 to
add organizations to the eligible list for the 10%o Club for 1996; and
WHEREAS, these new applicarions were approved by the Youth Programs Fund
Advisory Boazd; '

Cotmcil has requested that the 10% Club list of eligible recipients be updated on an
annval basis. These organizations will be added to the list for 1996 aixl may then be eligible
to receive direct donations from charitable gamblir� organizatians.
