WHEREAS., Messrs. Chandler B. Davis and John J. Kenna
have provided professional appraisal services in connection with
their appraisal of that portion of the City Market which is to
be acquired by the State of Minnesota for highway purposes; and
WHEREAS, The bills submitted by Messrs. Davis and Kenna
as full payment for their appraisal of said portion ofthe City
Market have been approved by the City Valuation Engineer;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the proper city officials
be authorized to pay as.fullicompensation for services rendered
the amount of $750.00 each to Messrs. Chandler B. Davis and John
J. Kenna, and that the total amount of said bills,.or $1,500.00,
be charged to Market Fund 1023, to be reimbursed from the pro-
ceeds that will result from the
Market by the State of Minnesota
