Whereas; the City of Saint Paul, by and through its Depart-
ment of Parks And Recreation And Public Buildings, has entered
into a contract with Minnesota 'Fence $ Iron Works, Inc., which
contract refers to the installation of fencing Como Golf Course
in said City, and
Whereas that as part of the general specifications of said
contract, certain insurance to'wit: public liability and auto-
mobile liability insurance policies in specific limits are
required; now therefore be it
.Resolved, that the general specifications, which are a
part of said contract, may be and hereby are specifically amend-
ed insofar as the limits of certain insurance policies required
thereunder are concerned, and that substituted in place of in-
surance limits required in said-general specifications shall be
the following limits: property damage 100,000 each accident
and '$100,000�'aggregate instead of $150,000 one accident and
$200,000 for policy period required by the specifications; and
Resolved further.'that the proper officers of the City of
Saint Paul are hereby authorized in view of the within amend-
ment of said,general specifications in relation to this particu-
lar contract, authorized to make payment of the contract sum
to said Minnesota Fence And Iron Works, Inc. upon satisfactory
completion of the work. 7
