COUNCIL NCIL NO.
WHEREAS, the Board of Education of the City of Saint Paul
has advised this Council of its decision to erect a technical
high school in the Cathedral Area, bounded on the west by
i{di>Ip�L on the east by John Ireland Boulevard, on the
51' north generally by Rondo projected, and on the south by Marshall
Avenue and Marshall Place, in accordance with the attached
plat,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Bureau of Public Build ings is
hereby instructed to withhold all building permits except for
minor repairs and maintenance.
