Whereas, Under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 11542, approved
August 4, 1959, the Car Allowance Committee provided for in
Section 5, has reported its findings and recommendations to the
Council in a letter dated January 14, 1963, and
Whereas, the Council has made a study of said reports and
recommendations, therefore be it
Resolved by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that the
employees listed below shall be entitled to and receive mileage
allowances as follows:

The Car Mileage Committee met Monday, January 14, 1963 in
my office and passed on the following requests.
DEPT. OF LIBRARIES, AUDITORIUM. MUSEUMS AND STADIA
Commissioner Mortinson requested a transfer of mileage plans
from Type B to Type C with $75.00 maximum, effective
January 1, 1963. This request 1s"re6ommended'to" -you for
favorable action.
SAINT PAUL PUBLIC SCHOOLS
A request dated January 14, 1963 was transmitted by Mr. Gran
for placement of Mrs. Lois M. Kosse, Substitute Home Instruc-
tion Teacher, on C mileage with a maximum of $15.00 per month,
effective January 14, 1963. The committee recommends favor-
able action.
