RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he is here-
by authorized, with the consent of the Mayor and the Comp-
troller, to approve Contract Claims No. 3216 -A and 3217 -A
to the International Salt Co. for purchase of rock salt,
pursuant to Section 291 of the Charter of the City of
St. Paul, as an emergency existed when failure to act
would result in an injury to the City.
