Gentlemen:
There is a single family dwelling at 520 Park Avenue, describ-
ed as Lot 2, Block 6, Brewster's Addition to Saint Paul.
This dwelling is.20 by 44, one and one half stories high, no
toilet facility, exterior very shabby and wood framing bur-
ied in dirt and rotting at base. It is very run down and be-
yond reasonable repair and should be wrecked and removed.
The last known owners are:
