RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Purchasing Committee therefor,
and hereby awards the contract for fire and extended coverage insurance covering the City
of St.Paul Public Auditorium Building and contents for the period of five years from
December 20, 19'62, in the aggregate amoQnt of $11700,000.00, allocated as follows:

$1,200,000„00 on the building and $500,000.00 on the contents, with 80% co- insurance
clause attached to the policy:, to MUTUAL SERVICE CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY in
accordance withthe Formal Bid #9033 of. said Mutual Service Casualty Insurance Company
and City specifications and Addendum therefor hereto attached, to be paid in five
annual installments with premium of $4,893.28 annually making -total five -year premium
of $24,466.40, said Mutual Service Casualty Insurance Company being the lowest bidder
and said bidder being a reasonable and reliable one and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper
City officials hereby are,authorized to execute said contract on behalf of'the City
of St. Paul.
