related premiums adopted on September 27, 2006 via Council File #06-889 receive retroactive
pay effective July 22, 2006.

that Haxnan Resources- study the composite duties of Nuhirion Assistant Is to determine the apgropriate ctassificafion and --•�.�-
compensarion. It was determined that an in-depth salary and benefit survey was needed to meet the clienYs needs that resulted
in a prolonged extension to Huinan Resources' usuai completion time of the study. As a result, it was determined appiopriate`
to pay''tlie affected individuals from the date Human Resources made its determination that an upgrade to the class was
appropnate. The effective date should be 7/22/06.
