WHEREAS, On 3une 28, 2006 the Saint Paul City Counci] created the Broadband Advisory Committee (BAC) which was
formed of eighteen (18) members from various interested parties throughout the City of Saint Paul having expertise in the
technological, social, and cultural aspects associated with providing broadband access to the City of Saint Paul, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's O�ce, having selected Darin Broton to serve as a commlttee member on the BAC, has been informed
by Mr. Broton that he no longer wishes to serve on the committee, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor's Office now wishes to add Sean T. McVay to the BAC to replace Mr. Broton on the committee, be it
RESOLVED, that Sean T. McVay replace Darin Broton on the Broadband Advisory Committee, effective immediately upon
passage by the City Council and approval by Mayor, per City Charter Sec. 6.07.
