F. 217 and ratified by C. F. 192216, approved May 2, 1959, the City of St. Paul may pay a portion of the assess- able costs of Sidewalk Construction, when such costs exceed the benefits to the property owner, and WHEREAS, it has been determined that the following described parcels of property be relieved of the following amounts: Description Lot 1, Block 5, Willard Linder .Addition No. 2 Subject to Third St., East 12 ft. of Lot 14 and all of;Lot 15, Smith's Sub. of Block 14, Stinson Frances St. Addition Except No. 10 ft. for st., West 17 ft. of Lot 10 and all of Lot 11, Eret's Addition 25.99 Lot 7, Block 3, Willard Linder Addition No. 2 197.20 Total $ 420.10 WHEREAS, the total amount of assessable costs the City may pay is $420.10, now therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works be and he is here- by authorized to pay from the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, CODE 3001, the amount,of $420.10, a portion of the assessable costs of Sidewalk construction under the 1961 Sidewalk Contract 61 -M -234, District No. 3, Levy No. 3, L -6311, said Permanent Improvement Re- volving Fund to be reimbursed from the Local Improvement Fund' 31 -E -I, (1962) .
