THE COUNCIL OFJt'THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Zoning Code, Chapters 60 to
64, inclusive,i'of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, pertain-
ing to Use Districts, Height Districts, and Rezoning of
certain properties in the City of Saint Paul, as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended so as to rezone
the following described property from "A" Residence District
to "C" Residence District, to -wit:

TIM COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAIN:
Section 1. That the Zoning Code, Chapters 60 to
649 inclusive,, of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, pertain-
ing to Use Districts, Height Districts, and Rezoning of
certain properties in the City of Saint Paul, as amended,
be and the same is hereby further amended so as to rezone
the following described property from "A" Residence District
to "C" Residence District, to -wits
Lot 1, Block 4, Mayall Park, except the south
100 feet thereof; Lots 13 through the south
1/2 of Lot 20, Block 19 Lakeview Addition
No. 1 and vacated Nebraska Avenue adjacent,
according to the plat thereof on file and of
record in the office of the Register of Deeds in
and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, being located
on the west side of McAfee Street between Hoyt and
Arlington Avenues.
