City and William J. Reed, allowing the latter to deposit
refuse at the Sanitary Landfill Area of the City at Pids

Eye Lake, for the period January 1, 1963, through December 31,
1963, said William J. Reed to pay the City $300, $150 of which
is to be paid as of the date of the agreement and the balance
of $150 on or before April 30, 1963.
