The Dorm issioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the pre-
liminary order of the Council,, known as Council File No. 207948
Ped July 3. 19 62 relative to Vjtiproving
ST. PAUL AVENUE from Edgcumbe Road to West Seventh Street by grading and
paving the roadbed; by grading and paving street, alley and driveway
returns; by constructing curbs; by grading and sodding boulevard areas; by
reconstructing the paving, curbing and sidewalks on intersecting streets
where not in conformity with said improvement; by constructing traffic con-
trol facilities where necessary; by reconstructing storm water drainage
facilities; by constructing sewer, water and gas service connections whore
necessary; and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement under Preliminary Order C.F. 207948 approved July
3, 1962. Also for improving DAVERN STREET from St. Paul Avenue south to
the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railway right of way by grading
and paving the roadbed, by constructing curbs, by grading and sodding tho
boulevard areas, and by doing all other work which is necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement.
