under Preliminary Order � 216697 approved' February 20, 1964 �
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon the above improvement, and having conaidered said report, hereby resolves: �
1. That the said report and� the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said iinprovement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
� 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk and replace with integral curb-sidewalk on the west
side of Wacouta St. from 4th St, to the north approximately 166 ft. and by doing _
all other work which is �necessary and incidental to complete said improvement
except where good and sufficient sidewalks now exist. ,

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th � day of
May, 1964 ' , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber af the Court ,
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of�.Finance give notice of
� said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by th� Charter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the to�al cost.thereof as estimated,
