RESOLUTION
SAIN PAUL, MINNESOTA
1 WHEREAS, Sheila Lynch brought her skills and experience as an Urban Pianner to the Downtown District
2 Council in the City of Saint Paul the suminer of 2003; and
3
4 WHEREAS, Sheila immediately dove into critical needs of the CapitolRiver Council by developing new
5 policies and procedures; and
7 WHEREAS, Sheila took on the daunting task of reviewing and recommending new administrative
8 software; and
10 WHEREAS, Sheila's positive energy and enthusiasm was instrumental in bringing the community together
11 to successfully develop and support the Penfield development; and
12
13 WHEREAS, Sheila's leadership role is looked upon as that of a mentor by her peers and feilow district
14 councils; and
15
16 WHEREAS, Sheila has been a force in keeping downtown Saint Paui going in the right direction; and
17
18 WHEREAS, Sheila has worn so many "hats" and has worn them with success and class; and
19
20 WHEREAS, Sheila is an auid runner and will soon be running to the majestic Rockies near Denver;
21
22 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Saint Paul City Council, wish Sheila Lynch much
23 happiness and success in her new role as a planner for Lakewood, Colorado; and
24
25 THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council thanks Sheila for her
26 outstanding dedication to the CapitolRiver Council community and the citizens of Saint Paul as a whole.
