The property has a frontage of 40 feet a'nd a depth of 124 feet, resulting in an area of . -� 4,960 square f'eet ,with a building area in excess of 1,000 square fe�t , as delineated by its foundation which qualiFies the applicant to appeal -� _ under Chapter 64.U3, Section "o", par. .2 of the Legislative Zoning ' Code which permits such a use. , � The Board of Zoning considered this matter at its regular meeting on k _ March 19, 1964.
