2. To inveatigate the nature, extent and estimated coat of said improvement, and the total coat thereof.
3. To furnieh a plan, profile or aketch of ssid improvement.
4. To atate whether or not esid improvement ie asked for on the petition of three or more owners.
b. To report upon s11 of the foregoing matters to the Commiesioner of �nance.
