WHEREA5, The Board of Commissioners of Ramsey County, Minnesota, though the Tas
Forfeited Land Section of the Property Records and Revenue Department in a letter dated
August 31, 2006, classified as non-conservation land, certain tas-forfeited properties lying
within the City of Saint Paul, and,
WHEREA5, a copy of the classification resolution together with the list of said lands has
been submitted for approval of the classification and sale of these lands in accordance with
Minnesota Statute, Secuon 282.01, Sub. 1;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the tas forfeited parcels on said classification list
shall be sold in accordance with Minnesota Statute Section 282.01, Sub. 1, except those
parcels as listed in this resoluuon which sha11 be withheld from public sale far those
departments of the City of Saint Paul as indicated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized to file a certified
copy of this resolution in the office of the Land Commissioner, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
