and found the said asseasment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assesament be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public heaxing be had an sa,id ass ssment on the �h

the Court House a.nd City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Fina,nce
