�under Preliminary Order - 215934 approve� December 20, 1963
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F`inance
upon the above impravement, and having conaidered said report, hereby resolves: � '
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is �
� to reconstruct the sid'ewalk on the south side of 9th St�. from St. Peter St. west
190 ft, and replace wi�th integral curb-sidewalk and by doing all other work which
is necessary and incidental toscomplete said i_mprovement

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof ia $ 10.00 �er lin. ft, for 5 inch
mono, integral curb sidewalk 10 ft. Extra work at extra cost.
Resblved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on�the �9 th day of
MaX, 1t964 -� , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber �f the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
� said meeting to the persoris and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place af
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. 196�
