' On November 16,��1963, the City=Council granted a permit for a 12 �
car off-street parking facility on this site, At this time, the • .
" applicant is requesting a permit for garages to replace the open- °
, air parking previously proposed.� The applicant's plan indicates -
there, wilX be four garages �constructed perpendicular to and ten � -
feet off the alley line, and eight garages Nhich would be serviced 1 -
. by means of a 'dr,iveway provided on the applicant's property. -

At its March 19, 1964 meeting, the Board of Zoning was advised '
that the new pxoposal met all of the requ,irements, �and had been �
